What is the "First Two Weeks Free" offer?

If you are a new subscriber, you can try out the game for free for two weeks (valid credit card required to sign up) After this period, you can either cancel at no cost to you (must cancel one day before end of two week trial period), or continue playing and begin your monthly subscription.

Note: depending on your credit card company, your account may pre-authorize a charge for $9.95 upon registration. However, the actual charge transaction will not occur until two weeks after the date of registration.

How much is a Starpeace Online subscription?

A Starpeace Online subscription is $9.95 per month (U.S. Dollars). Your credit card will be billed automatically every month on the same day of the month as when you registered.

How do I get a Starpeace Online subscription?

Simply go to the Sign Up section of this website, and follow the 5 easy steps to set up your account. Once you're set up, you can download the game client and play online right away!

How old do you have to be to purchase a Starpeace Online subscription?

You must be 18 years or older to purchase a subscription. If you're under 18, please ask your parents to purchase one for you.

Can I use a debit or check card to purchase my Starpeace Online subscription?

At this time, we accept Visa or MasterCard check cards. If your debit/ATM card has a Visa or MasterCard logo on it, then you can use it to purchase your Starpeace Online subscription.

Does Starpeace Online get me onto the Internet (like an ISP)?

No. Starpeace Online is not an Internet Service Provider (ISP). You will need to obtain access to the Internet from the ISP of your choice. All Starpeace Online subscribers are responsible for the costs of online access (ISP charges) and any associated telephone call charges.

I don't live in the U.S. Can I still purchase a Starpeace Online subscription?

As long as you can complete the registration process on this website and your credit card can be processed, you can purchase a Starpeace Online subscription. However, please be aware that the monthly fee for Starpeace Online will be charged in U.S. Dollars. The value of your currency against the U.S. Dollar may fluctuate according to international exchange rates. You will be responsible for any bank fees, surcharges, or taxes that may be incurred for charges made to your credit card in foreign currency.

BILLING & ACCOUNT

How do I access my account information?

You can access your Starpeace Online account information at any time. Simply go to the Account section on this website and log in with your Starpeace Online Login.

How do I change my billing address (or credit card)?

Go to the Account section of this website and log in. You will be able to change your billing address, credit card, and contact information here.

How do I check my billing history?

Go to the Account section of this site, log in, and select "Transaction History." This page will give you a summary of your account with links to individual transaction detail pages.

How do I cancel my account?

Go to the Account section of this site, log in, and click "Cancel Account."

IMPORTANT: you must cancel your account at least 7 days prior to the end of your billing cycle to avoid being charged for the next month's service. Monthly fees are not pro-rated in any way. If you are not sure of your billing date, go back to the Account page and select "Transaction History." Your account will remain active throughout your subscription period.

If I cancel at the beginning of my billing cycle, can I get a refund for the remaining part of the month?

No. Monthly subscription fees are not pro-rated in any way and we do not issue refunds for mid-month cancellations. You will be able to continue playing until the end of your paid subscription period. At that time, your account status will change to "inactive."

Are there any penalties for cancellation?

No. You can cancel your Starpeace Online account at any time with no penalties. Please note: your username and password will stay active.

Your Starpeace Online Screen Name and prestige points earned will be held in reserve for you. Your business portfolio will stay active until the end of your paid subscription period. Once your paid subscription period ends, you have a one week grace period to reactivate your account, otherwise your business portfolio will be deleted from the system.

Can I reactivate my account in the future?

Yes! Simply go to the Account section of this website, log in with your Sega Login, and then click "Reactivate Account." This section will walk you through the necessary steps. At the end of the process, your account status will be considered "Active."

If I reactivate my account, can I still use the same Screen Name?

Yes, your previous Starpeace Online Screen Name will be available for you to use. Any prestige points earned previously will also be available.

If I reactivate my account, will I have access to my former business portfolio?

If you reactivate your account within one week after your previous paid subscription period ends, you can resume managing your former business portfolio. If you reactivate your account more than one week after your previous paid subscription ends, then you will have to start fresh and build a new business portfolio.

My username was banned and my account suspended. How can I reactivate my account?

If your username has been banned due to improper conduct, you will not be able to re-activate your account. See the Terms of Service for more information.

If I reactivate my account, do I get the first two weeks free?

No. This offer is only valid for new subscribers.

I forgot my username or password, what do I do?

Simply go to the Support section of this website and select "Forgot Login." Follow the steps and your current username and password will be e-mailed to you.
